Secrecy Obligation / Protection of Privacy

x-access works as an age verification- and paymentsystem and a system for the
protection of minors. This makes the colletion, saving and processing of personal data necessary. In some cases(later specified) a transfer of data to third parties is inevitable. Apart from the users input given in the process of registration the ip address is saved. All collected data will be used and/or transferred exclusively for necessary and comprehensible purposes only. A transfer of data will only accure for billing reasons(credit card processer) or in case of payment difficulty/ open bills (debt collecting agency). It is our policy never to give away personal information for sales promotion.
x-access cooperates with third parties for data-processing purposes. Aproving the terms of Protection of Privacy you agree that x-access GmbH and its cooperatives may use and process your data accordingly. A transfer of data to other content-providers will not take place unless the user has specificly given his consent.
With his or her consent to the Protection of Privacy terms the customer agrees that his or her data is used across the board to that he or she only needs to register once. This way the user can easily enter all x-access secured groups.
Withdrawing one´s consent to the Protection of Privacy terms will conclude in deleting the users accounts and access.
